Guided the client through a comprehensive branding/messaging effort that included developing succinct and powerful mission, vision and values statements, along with additional key messages; replacing an old, confusing logo with a fresh, vibrant brand identity that speaks to the organization’s expanded geographic reach; applying the identity to a completely new website built on an affordable CMS that allows internal staff to manage content easily and efficiently; and rolling out the new identity across the Clinic’s social media accounts to ensure a seamless branding and messaging experience for clients, donors, volunteers and other important audiences
